The target population of this study included a practicum class at Hillcrest Medical Center. The sample size included all 23 members of the target population. The participation rate is 100%. With the high level of positive responses from the respondents, it can be inferred that the class is highly motivated and satisfied with their working environment and working relationship with their immediate supervisor.
